Location agent

Agent is a person who has permission to manage the WiFi vending process. 

Each location can have unlimited number of Agents. Learn more about Agent.

For each Agent that defined in that location, there is a contract between the account owner and the Agent, that defines the relation between the two. Learn more about contracts.

Before you begin the process, you should pre-define 2 things:

• Agent:
  The person that you would like need to define as aa agent in this location has to be define as Agent on your account. If he is not define as an Agent in your account, then add agent to your account.
  
  
• Contract template:
  In order to assign a concrete contract with the Agent, there should be a contract template ready.
  Make sure to prepare a contract template that will be used to define the contract between you and the Agent.

• Access location settings.
• Select "Agent" tab.
• Click "Add Agent" button.
  New contract form appears,
  On the contract form that appears, define the follow fields:
  
  
• Contact name
  Give name to this contract.
  
  
• Contract template
  Select the template that you want to use.
  
  
• Agent
  Select the agent that you would like to add to this location.
  
  
• Click "Send Offer"
  Once you sent the offer, the Agent will get the offer notification in his account. The offer will include the information about he contract that you offered to the Agent.
  
  
• The Agent has to accepts the offer.
  
  
• Once the Agent accept the offer, the follow will happen:
• The Agent will be added to the Agent list of this location.
• A new Agent wallet will be added to the location's wallets.
• The location will be added and appear on the list of the locations that the Agent account and the Agent can manage the location. Learn how the agent can manage a location.
