EXTRA WiFi allows you to define local Agent, who will be able to manage the location sales.

An Agent is a game changer !

Agent is the way to easily create WiFi vending business at any place around the world, without the need to operate it personally. It saves you the need of WiFi vending machine and still allows you to avoid selling vouchers by yourself.

By using the Agent, you will be able to manage you EXTRA WiFi business remotely, at any place around the world, without the need to be present at each one of the locations.

• Create voucher
• Receive payments from customers
• Transfer payments to the owner of the location

In order that a personal will be able to be a agent of a location:

• This person need to be a registered user in extra WiFi system
• It is necessary first to add the person as an Agent in your account.

 After you add the person as an Agent to your account, you will be able to assign him as a agent of a location or more locations.

• Enter the dashboard of your account.
• On the side menu, select "Agents & Contracts" -> "Agents"
• Click "New Agent"
• Enter the email address of the EXTRA WiFi user that you want to invite to be your agent.
• Click "Find User" and wait the system find the relevant user.
• Click "Send Request"
• The system will send to that user a request to be added to this account as an Agent.
• The user will get on his ETXRA WiFi account a notification, with a request to join to your account as an Agent,
• The user has to accept approve this request.

After the user accepts and approves the request, the invited user will become an Agent in your account. The Agent will appear on the account My Agent Panel.

In order to allow a person that defined as an Agent in your account, to be able manage a specific location, you need to add this agent to a specific location.
