Contract template is made in order to save you the need to define the same contract many times.
Contact template defines all terms of contract between the parties.
A contract template can be used later to define unlimited number of concrete contract with salesmen.
The template defines
- Does the salesman have to pay for vouchers that he creates?
- How much commission the salesman gets?
- Does the salesman have a credit?
- Credit amount
Create contract template
- Enter the dashboard of your account.
- On the side menu select "Salesmen & contracts" -> "Contracts".
- Select "Templates" tab
- Click "Create Template" button.
- Define name to the template
- Define the contract template details:
- Does the salesman have to pay for vouchers that are being created?
- How much commission (%) will the salesman have for each sale?
- Can the salesman have credit, (which means he will not need to pay you immediately)?
- What is the credit amount?
- What is the credit currency?
- Click "Create" button
