A contract defines the relation between the owner of a location and a salesman of the location.
The contract defines what the salesman can do in the location, if he needs to pay when he sales vouchers, how much commission can will the salesman have for every sale, if he has to pay before he sales the voucher or you give him a credit, etc ...
The contract is created based on contract template and is created when adding salesman to location.
