Every time that an Agent sales a voucher, the system will do 2 things:
- Charge location's agent wallet with relevant costs according to the contract that he has on this location.
- Charge the location main wallet with the value of usage cost as it defines on the franchiser's plan on this location. If it can not charge it from the location main wallet, it will charge it from the main wallet of the franchiser's account.
Only if the system can accomplish these two steps, the system will create the voucher.
