The network is made of two parts, and you can be one of the parts or both of them:
Providers
Private people who shares their internet connections to EXTRA WiFi network, and earn money when EXTRA WiFi user gets connected.
Salespersons
People who sell to clients in the area, access to EXTRA WiFi network, by. selling EXTRA WIFI vouchers.
